We offer complimentary local shipping on all orders above 100 AUD / 100 SGD as our way of thanking you for choosing a handcrafted piece from CC Fine Jeweller.Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link. Delivery times vary by location, but most parcels arrive within a few business days.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus (3–6 business days) — fully tracked, securely packaged, and handled with care. We prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a detailed tracking email the moment your piece is on its way. Shipping cost will be disclosed upon checkout.

USA, Singapore, Hong Kong & Australia

We cover all duties and taxes for orders below USD 800. Your delivery will arrive with no additional fees.

UK, EU, Canada, UAE, Japan & Mexico

We cover duties and taxes for orders below the following thresholds:

United Kingdom: GBP 135
European Union: EUR 150
United Arab Emirates: AED 1,000
Japan: JPY 10,000
Mexico: USD 50
Canada: CAD 150 (GST included; duties may apply above this threshold)

Orders below these values arrive duty‑paid, with no unexpected charges.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customs processing can occasionally cause delays. While this is outside our control, we’ll support you with updates and tracking information every step of the way.

We want you to feel completely delighted with your jewellery. If something isn't quite right, please reach out - we're here to help and will do our best to find a solution that feels fair and supportive.

Please note that items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. We're unable to offer full refund for pieces that are damaged, altered. Or not returned in their original state.

Customised or personalised pieces, as well as items purchased on sale, are final sale and cannot be returned.

For hygiene and safety reasons we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings once they have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging. This ensures that every pair we send out meets the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Each piece is carefully put together by our founder a WELLS AP trained in Architecture , an equestrian, yoga practitioner, freediver & marine enthusiast. A blessed mother and her son, her source of strength.
