Kindly note that no full refund for items that are damaged, defective, or not in their original state. Additionally, returns are not accepted for customised or personalised orders, as well as items purchased on sale.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Please note that Cc Finejeweller will not be liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Each piece is carefully put together by our founder a WELLS AP trained in Architecture , an equestrian, yoga practitioner, freediver & marine enthusiast.
