We want you to feel completely delighted with your jewellery. If something isn't quite right, please reach out - we're here to help and will do our best to find a solution that feels fair and supportive.

Please note that items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. We're unable to offer full refund for pieces that are damaged, altered. Or not returned in their original state.

Customised or personalised pieces, as well as items purchased on sale, are final sale and cannot be returned.

For hygiene and safety reasons we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings once they have been worn or removed from their sealed packaging. This ensures that every pair we send out meets the highest standards of cleanliness and care.
