Our goal is for every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Kindly note that no full refund for items that are damaged, defective, or not in their original state. Additionally, returns are not accepted for customised or personalised orders, as well as items purchased on sale.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items eg. earrings. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Please note that Cc Finejeweller will not be liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Each piece is carefully put together by our founder a WELLS AP trained in Architecture , an equestrian, yoga practitioner, freediver & marine enthusiast. A blessed mother and her son, her source of strength.
