We offer complimentary local shipping on all orders above 100 AUD / 100 SGD as our way of thanking you for choosing a handcrafted piece from CC Fine Jeweller.Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link. Delivery times vary by location, but most parcels arrive within a few business days.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus (3–6 business days) — fully tracked, securely packaged, and handled with care. We prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, and you’ll receive a detailed tracking email the moment your piece is on its way.

Duties & Taxes — Countries With No Surprise Fees

USA, Singapore, Hong Kong & Australia

We cover all duties and taxes for orders below USD 800. Your delivery will arrive with no additional fees.

UK, EU, Canada, UAE, Japan & Mexico

We cover duties and taxes for orders below the following thresholds:

  • United Kingdom: GBP 135

  • European Union: EUR 150

  • United Arab Emirates: AED 1,000

  • Japan: JPY 10,000

  • Mexico: USD 50

  • Canada: CAD 150 (GST included; duties may apply above this threshold)

Orders below these values arrive duty‑paid, with no unexpected charges.

All Other Countries

Delivery times vary depending on your location. International orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
